Manufacturing & Finishing Process
Every set is produced using high-strength, ABS-like photopolymer resin and a detailed finishing process.

Precision 3D Printing: Manufactured using durable ABS-like resin.

Washing & UV Curing: Thoroughly cleaned and cured after printing.

Surface Preparation: Carefully sanded and prepared for paint.

Primer: Two coats of primer for a consistent, smooth foundation.

Colour Application: Two coats of automotive paint in your selected Ford colour.

Clear Coat: Two coats of clear coat for a glossy, protective finish.

Final Curing: Allowed at least 72 hours of clear-coat curing time before packaging and shipping.
Paint Matching
The covers are painted using automotive paint selected to match your chosen Ford factory colour code as closely as possible.
Please note: While I aim for an accurate factory colour match, slight variations may occur due to your vehicle's paint age, UV exposure, fading, previous refinishing, and differences in paint application. An exact match to existing paint cannot be guaranteed.

Installation
These covers are designed to be attached to compatible factory-style Mustang mirror housings using a suitable automotive-grade urethane or plastic-bonding adhesive.

Production & Shipping
Estimated production time: 1–2 weeks before shipping.
Each set is made specifically for your order. Production time includes custom paint sourcing, printing, surface preparation, painting, and a minimum 72-hour clear-coat curing period.
Since every pair is custom-finished, I appreciate your patience while I make your covers.
